I cannot find a service identified as lansweeper.
I just installed and testing the Lansweeper. Seems to be working great on the server although I have installed the client on a workstation but cannot get that workstation to show up in Lansweeper. I saw a reference in the forums that indicated that I might need to restart the service on the server. I am new to Lansweeper and would appreciate help.

Thank you. I figured it out. I was following the instructions for configuring the startup script. The instructions didn't indicate to put the port number in. "%logonserver%\netlogon\lsclient.exe myserver" I added the port number to the end of the script: "%logonserver%\netlogon\lsclient.exe myserver 9524" and it worked and the workstation showed up.
Now I have a new problem. I ran the lsclient on one of my servers. It shows up but it is in read and shows an error indicating access is denied: "Wmierror Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) ZFSQL01 (ZFSQL01.corp.zanios.com) \root\default" Could you please advise on this problem. Thank you.

First open "cmd.exe", you will get a command prompt
then start lsclient.exe, you will see the output.
then start lsclient.exe, you will see the output.

It flashes on the screen so fast that I don't get to see the result.

When you run lsclient do you see "success" (try it from the command prompt)
Please post your errorlog.txt file found in the service folder.

Ok I have restarted the service on the server although I still cannot see the workstation in Lansweeper. I have run lsclient.exe manually and through the Active Directory logon script. I have verified that the process is running on the workstation. I would appreciate any other recommendations to get the workstation to show up in Lansweeper.
