Could you please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with:
- A link to this forum thread.
- Screenshot of a connection test performed to one of your problem machines using the DeviceTester.exe (not the testconnection.exe): http://download.lansweeper.com/tools50/DeviceTester.exe
Perform the test on your Lansweeper server, connecting to the machine's IP address, and show us the entire output.
