I'm testing my Help Desk setup before rolling it live and am unable to click the "Go To Ticket" link in the emails and open the ticket when using Internet Explorer. I receive a prompt to enter my credentials and no matter what I enter it says it is invalid and prompts again. However, if I change my default browser to Chrome it opens without any prompts or issues. I tested with autologon with current user credentials/passwords enabled for all 3 zones and I was still prompted for credentials. Any idea on how I can get IE to stop prompting for credentials?
