Hi Everybody,

i got an issue when i want to scan our tenant O365. Following step by step process to add scan credentials with prerequisite from https://www.lansweeper.com/knowledgebase/how-to-scan-office-365-accounts/

I can fetch some data, so i guess it's working, but after mobile devices fetching i got an error to prompt user credentials that seems be used just before.

if anybody got an idea, it could be great.

Thx in advance.

Unfortunately, it is more work than expected to get this issue resolved. You're best off contacting support and let them take a look if there is a possible workaround for your specific situation.

In some cases there are workarounds, but it is better to get these looked at on a case by case basis.

I am also experiencing this issue on version 7.2.100.20. Any update on if/when this is likely to be fixed? Or a workaround maybe?

I quickly checked and it seems the error you quoted is a known bug. We're trying to get a fix for it out ASAP. Unfortunately, I don't have an estimation of when this will be released.
