Ok, I'll try as soon as possible (because PC in the production environment).
But Lansweeper 3.5.2 counts memory properly for that PC...

Lansweeper 3.5 showed the memory available to windows.
This was incorrect most of the time because videocard,system memory was subtracted from the total. (ex. 254 MB instead of 256 MB)
V4 counts the actual slots used.

-A bios upgrade
-Repairing WMI (http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/accessdenied.aspx point 6)

Looks like WMI is only finding one memory slot filled with 256 MB.
How many slots are filled with how much memory?
