Hi,

A serach on this forum did not gave me any information on this issue, so here it goes:

When using the LanSweeper Configuration Utility

"\Licences\Software Licences\Licensed software that you keep track of:"

And enter a value

for example a license price is € 148,55

When i enter this value and press Enter. The value is converted to € 14.855,00

A value of € 1,00 is entered correctly.
A value of € 1,50 is converted to € 15,00.

Using LanSweeper 4.0.0.27 and config utility 4.0.0.113

Any idea what might be causing this and how it is solved?

Thanks,

Ok, thanks. I will change my values to non-decimal for the time being.

I'll have to investigate, but it had never the intention to store decimal numbers.

sorry, should have checked this before:
This field does not allow numbers after the decimal separator.

Did this changed?
Because I DO have records containing numbers after the decimal seperator...

When you enter 148.55 do you get the correct result?

The decimal seperator is already set as a comma.

I've changed it to a dot, this gave the same results.
Changed it back to a comma, same results.

When entering values into Excel on the same machine a value like 1,50 is entered correctly.

To be sure also restarted the machine, same results.

Any other ideas?

Most likely this is caused by the default user language that the database user is configured with (change the decimal separator from point to comma)
