integrate with a helpdesk system

is it possible to link lansweeper to a helpdesk system, whereby clicking on a computer name in the helpdesk systems opens up a lansweeper webpage with details of the computer?

Thanks for the reply. i can see a problem where the comp=xxxx does not refer to the computer name. i was hoping to 'automate' the process whereby helpdesk person only has to click on the machine name to bring up the details in lansweeper without having to remember the computer id.

If the helpdesk system calls the url : default.aspx?item=compdetail&comp=1246
with the correct computer id.
