We have a number of IP phones. I have added their IP range to be scanned but they don't appear to be detected under devices. Even a list of their IP and MAC would be helpful.

Thanks

I've got a lot of ip phones detected as Network Device, as below, how can they all be reclassified as ip phones, there's too many to do one at a time?

State: Active
Type: Network device
IP: 172.29.83.91
Name: Aastra IP telephone, DBC 422
Model: GoAhead-Webs
Http title: Aastra IP telephone, DBC 422
Http server: GoAhead-Webs

If snmp is disabled, lansweeper uses the SIP port (5060) to detect IP phones (which is closed)

This is for a Nortel 2002 IP Phone. We also have Nortel 1120E phones. Same result for both.

Can you post the output of the device tester for one of these devices please.
