I've input all my IP ranges in the IP Range Scanning tab but I am just this morning receiving information for hundreds of devices outside those ranges.

I double checked that I didn't include multiple ranges in any of the listings.

How can I correct this?

Could you contact us through email about this. Our email address is support@lansweeper.com
Are you using multiple scanning servers? If so, these ranges are perhaps being scanned by other scanning servers.

Please send us a screenshot of the servers listed under Scanning Servers and of the IP Range Scanning tab for each of them.

I've verified in the Lansweeper Config utility that only my IP ranges are there. I've verified the tsysIPScanRanges table only contains my IP ranges. I deleted all the devices that weren't mine from the deleted all the devices from the tblCustDevices but they are back. Is there another table that contains this same info that I can look at?

The only way this could have happened is because this IP range was included at the time of the scan.
