IP Scan hangs on one IP

I'm having a problem with one of the devices on my network. When the IP scan runs, one or two IP address scans never seem to complete. See the attached screen shot.

I ran the Device Tester on these IPs and they appear to be KONICA MINOLTA 200 all-in-one copiers/printers. The Device Tester hung on the FTP scan and I had to kill the process to stop the device tester.

Is there anything I can do to fix this (other than excluding the IPs from scans)?

Are you able to manually telnet to the ftp port on these machines?
