If you still didn't receive anything, please contact Lansweeper sales and provide your orderID

OK, The license key was received by my software reseller. It's posible to change his e-mail by my e-mail in your customer database?

I normally dump my SPAM folder because it contains way too many messages to sift through......What will be the procedure for requesting the key if I have dumped the message?

I have the upgraded files downloaded and have read through the documentation. I didn't see upgrade directions for existing users. Can you provide this somewhere? Or is like upgrading from the Freeware ver to the Premium ver where we have to upgrade the service?

We have received the email announcing Lansweeper 3.5 but not the premium version, I'm guessing its still on its way to us then!?!?

There are still mails in the queue so be patient.
The key was send to the e-mail address used in the ordering process (regnow,paypal or invoice)
Check your spamfolder for mails from mail@lansweeper.com
