Lansweeper 5 upgrade - reboot required?

Is a reboot required for this upgrade from 4.2 if the Server 2008 it resides on is up to date with MS patches/updates?

In most cases a reboot is not required. The installer does install .NET Framework 4.0 (required for Lansweeper 5.0) however, which may require a reboot.
