Lansweeper 9.0 Released

Today Lansweeper 9 is officially released

Does version 9 include helpdesk and knowledge base in cloud version ?

Helpdesk and knowledgebase components from on-prem are currently not planned to be added to cloud. We’re focussing on asset management first.
