I have 5 reports from the left side of the home page Under the "Reportig" column that now say:

" This feature is only available in the Premium version of Lansweeper.
Learn more. "

these 4 are:

1 Event Log Summary

2 Recent Changes

3 Department Overview

4 User OU Overview

5 Computer OU Overview


Any help would be appreciated. I am a premium user, and have this implemented for a couple of weeks and this just startd today When I click on any of those 5 links, I get a blank page with the above message on it.

Suggestions??

all working ow. It was the re-license and the time lag.

What is your license expiration date?
which version of the service are you running?

Oh yes, Did al lthat and the system was working for that past couple of weeks. I know where to enter it in the Lansweeper Configuration tool and to have the license key in the as a text file in the Actions folder.

Did you enter your premium license code in the configuration tool?
If yes, wait 15 minutes and restart your browser.
