Lansweeper on Server 2003: Never scanned software

As you can see, lsclient.exe runs and shows up on the "Dashboard" but does not report any hardware or software. Firewall is not enabled and the Lansweeper service is runing with a Domain admin acct.


Also, no errors on the Dashboard.



Stumped...any help would be appreciated.

Did you do a fresh install of lansweeper?
Your database is called : lansweeper31

The latest version is Lansweeper32

Could you post your errorlog.txt file please.

Do you see any errors in the "error" tab on the webpage?
