this is the error we are getting when we try to uninstall a program
"uninstalling requires the premium version of lansweeper"
what do we need to do to fix this? the registration code has been updated alraday.

Thank you for the help with this it worked. the next question is what do we need to do inorder for the product to work.I have tryed to uninstall a program remotly and it naver unintalls.

Was this an MSI program or another installer?

To register the premium tools, start the tool, go to the menu and click "register", and enter your license key.
Or
Place a file "license.txt" with the license code in the same folder as the executables.
