Hello,

I have setup Lansweeper, however for some reason it is not scanning alot of the computers.
There is 77 scanned, and 111 not scanned. I cannot workout any different between the 77 that worked and that 111 that didn't. In the 111 that didn't work, the errors on their error log are one of these 2:

The handle is invalid. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070006 (E_HANDLE)) 01124G3410 (01124g3410.int.det.wa.edu.au) \root\default

Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) 0007E99EF14B (0007e99ef14b.int.det.wa.edu.au) \root\default


The 2nd one is mentioned in the knowledge base, however all the computers have DCOM enabled, the WMI service enabled. Also they are all local administrators.

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas of things i should try or look for.

I see you are not using the latest version, please upgrade to 3.5.1 first
