Licence Code Validated but still using freeware version

Everyone!

I have just purchased lansweeper professional and have the licence key. When I paste the key in the box I get the error message:-

"String or binary data would be truncated"

If I paste half of the licence key it validates? But alas my web page states that I am still using the freeware version? For one, I can't right click and create a new custom report?

Can anyone shed any light?

It can take up to 15 minutes to see the change on the website.

The reportbuilder is a seperate program that came with the premium zip file.

Thanks for the swift response.

I have executed the script and successfully validated my full licence key....

however, I am still short of the premium functionality, like right clicking and creating a new report. And my web page still states that I am using the freeware version?

Does this table amendment require a reboot?
