I am trying to figure out how to refresh the information in the scan results or run a new scan It scanned the network fine 1 time after it was installed, but doesn't seem to want to rescan. The console always says Scans: 1. We have uninstalled some software to bring us into license compliance, but aren't seeing the numbers updated in Lansweeper. I have added an entry in the Scheduled scanning page of the configuration program with just the domain name and a 1 for Scan every X days, but that obviously isn't correct. Do I need to throw a wildcard under Computername? I am running unregistered version 3.5.1.13

Are you using lsclient for the scanning?
When you run lsclient to the server do you get a success?

Could you first upgrade to 3.5.2.
If the problem still occurs post your errorlog.txt file.

Yes, we are using lsclient.exe via the .vbs login script.
I have lowered the wait time on several of the items, but it doesn't seem to matter at all.
In the Service status section of the dashboard, it shows:
Scans: 1
Started: 9/13/2009 2:15:05 AM
Polled: 10/1/2009 10:46:30 AM
I would expect that scans count to increment occasionally, but it has never gone up.

Are you using lsclient for scanning?
If the results aren't updating as expected please check the "waittime"
