I'm new user of Lansweeper. I installed the application successfully and pulling out the machines information, 5 computers for testong.I used the manual lsclient.exe 'server' command to retrieve the information. As a testing purposes, i changed the compruter 'Description' of one of the machines and run the same above command for several times, yet i didn't get the updated information. However, when i removed the machine thru the console and re-scanned it as a ew machine, i got the 'Description' update. The question is : Using the free tool, is the retrieval of the updates is limited to certain fields of the scanned machine or there is something missing.
