Can I install on XP Pro box on 1 LAN but collect data from entire WAN?

I need to scan my WAN (three subnets on the IP range we use) from a workstation on 1 LAN. I do not want to install on the App Server, so I have installed on a XP Pro workstation with Admin Rights on ALL PCs in the WAN. How do I tell it to scan across several octets? e.g. 192.168.1.xxx to 192.168.3.xxx?

Subnets don't matter as long as they're all in a domain and all subnets have access to one another.
