Will this not work if I am RDP'd into the console? This seems to be the issue. If I am just on my VMware client it will work.

Once the service is started can you check with tcpview if it's listening on port 5900?

Yes Lansweeper Remote Control is installed and it is started. Once it errors out and I click OK to the error. It properly uninstalls it once I click OK to the error on the workstation.

I thought you don't have to install the service... that it installs it for you on the fly?

Yes indeed it does, can you verify on the remote machine if the service is installed when you get this error.

Could you verify that the vnc service is installed on the machine while you are running lsremote?
