lsrunase 2.0 error

We are trying to use lsrunase to help in the installation of package on users machines, the users are not local admins. I have setup a bat file with the lsrunase command but when I try to execute I get windows error that lsrunase.exe has encountered an error. Below is contents of bat file. Any help is appreciated

lsrunase administrator xxxxxxxxxxxxx %computername% "\\ge-setup\Software\windows search\WindowsSearch-KB940157-XP-x86-enu.exe"

Looks like your order of parameters is wrong :

Parameters:
-----------
1e parameter: specifies the username
2e parameter: specifies the domain
3e parameter: specifies the encrypted password
4e parameter: specifies the command
5e parameter: specifies the optional parameters
