We are running SBS 2003 and have windows xp and vista workstations. However, we are unable to get lstrigger working on any workstation. The connection test passes fine, on any workstation. is there a relationship between the RRAS service and the client and/or lstrigger? We need RRAS in order for Active Sync and Blackberry server to function properly, but we are stuck on what to do here. We have read every article in the forums on lstrigger, and can't see a solution that works for us.

When you browse the lansweeper site, do you see the computer?
Best way to add it is using lsclient.exe

i modified my command to: lstrigger sav01 btrinidadxp acsisinc
same result
when you say computers already in the database what does this mean exactly?
I have added the computer to the Management Console under scan options and scheduled scanning
Is this how you mean to add a computer to the database?

The domain expects a netbios domain name, could you try this please.

lstrigger only triggers computers already in the database (and they are all stored using their netbios domain name)
