Ticket Summary by Agent?

Anyone know of a summary report that would give me the agents name, number of open and closed tickets in the current month?

Airwatch

It would be nice to have the sim info from Airwatch. The user info is retreive from Airwatch so can you make an automatic relation with the AD user in lansweeper.

Automated report TO instead of BCC

Currently the automated reports send the emails using BCC. I have a mail server that is dropping them due to not having a TO address included.Is it possible to change the reports to use TO? I don't have the need for the recipients to be hidden.
