My problem :
the "memory type" in every computer ? SDRAM /DDRI RAM /DDRII RAM ?
the amount of "memory slots" in every computer ?
the "memory size" in every "memory slot" ?

Lansweeper gets the information from WMI.
If WMI provides the wrong information then most likely a bios upgrade will get you the correct info.

See this support link : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922813
BobbyChui
Engaged Sweeper
example:
PC name: H2800-06205 ,
model: dx2188 MT ,
SN:CNG61601KT ,
two slots in this computer ,
one slots used ,
1G RAM used .

but:
MemoryDevices error (not 4)
Capacity error (not 536870912 )
Devicelocater : only one used ,It not show that don't use .

SO:
1. can't find the memory size of that used .
2. can't find number of slots .

what can i do ?

If the memorytype is not correct I suggest upgrading the bios of the computer.
This is the information reported to Lansweeper by WMI.

MemoryDevices in table tblPhysicalMemoryArray : Number of physical slots or sockets available in this memory array.

Number of slots = each row for a computer is a different slot where the capacity being the memory size.

for example:
Computername Capacity DeviceLocator
mycomputer 1073741824 DIMM_A
mycomputer 1073741824 DIMM_B

This computer has 2 slots used, 2 GB ram in total
