If you're a SCCM User like I am, it sure seems like a pain to have to load the entire SCCM MMC just to click on a computer to get to the Remote Tools.
To solve this, copy rc.exe from
And place it into your shared location on the network.
Create a custom action:
Now I have access to use the SCCM Remote Tools from anywhere in the company where I have internet. A lot nicer than needing to open the whole Snap-In.

%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Configuration Manager\bin\i386\rc.exe
And place it into your shared location on the network.

\\{ToolsComputer}\{FileShare}\remote.exe 1 {computer}
