Missing Active Directory information

I am not getting any Active Directory information in Lansweeper.

I can't promise anything but the beta is almost ready.

That did it. I re-download Lansweeper 3.2 R1 Premium and simply copied the files over. I must gottent he file mixed up at some point. Thank you agian. Oh, when is the next version coming out and what new feature will there be? Sorry had to ask. 🙂

Could you please post your lansweeperservice.exe.config file.
And also the version number and description of the lansweeperservice.exe file

I think you might have the freeware version running.

It does not appear that Active Scanning is running. I have about 2000+ workstation, but only the ones in my local domain are showing up (using login script for lsclient). This worked before with out issue.

Did you try a dcdiag?
What was the result?

Yes. The account has Domain Admin and Enterprise Admin.

Did it work before?

It seems that the user running the service does not have the necessary rights to perform the queries.

Also try a "dcdiag /e /q" on your forest to check for active directory problems.
