Missing files

Should I have uptime.exe, pslist.exe, psfile.exe and psloggedon.exe in my tools folder? I do not. I believe my antivirus was overzealous when I downloaded the file originally. Perhaps there is a list of the files, as I don't know if I'm missing something else.
