Move SQL express DB to SQL server 2005

Saw a similar previous post, is it possible to move the data in sql express to B/E SQL 2005 server. I am testing this on my workstation and next maintenance window i would like to migrate the app to SQL server. I don't mind if the app has to be installed fresh again but if it is possible that would be cool
