I've been running Lansweeper for ages and now need to move the service to a new server. I expected that I could simply run the 3.5.2 installer and install only the service on the new server since the database already exists on a database server. However, when I run the installer, it connects successfully to the SQL server and then tells me the database doesn't exist. Has the database been renamed at some point, and is that the only way to get by this error? (It doesn't let me continue when it doesn't find the database.)
3.5.2 is running successfully on the old server, but it wasn't installed with the installer, but upgraded several times from previous versions.
