Also I've read a parallel discussion and I can mention we do not have any single account which can read all domain controllers as domains are absolutely independent and do not have any common thin in between. IT it a requirement it basically kills possibility to use Lansweeper for multiple domains.

1. When trying to add credentials for the new domain it returns error that cannot veryfy it. I'm sure I have correct username/passwrod for this domain. How computer with Lansweeper actually can find other domains? They are located on different subnets and NETBIOS broadcast obviously does not work. Any extra configuration is needed? There is no trust bettwen domains and they are in the different forests.
2. I've addet credential for the domain which has a trust with domain of Lansweeper so it can verify credentials in this case but nothing happened i.e computers from the new domain are not scanned and domain does not appear on the console. Active scanning is enabled. What else has to be done?
