I set Lansweeper to scan multiple domains, but it scanned only a single domain - the one where the Lansweeper server is installed. There is trust between domains, the credentials are fine (I double-checked it), but for more_than_6_months Lansweeper seems not to scan at all...
The service is running, I even restarted the server, but no luck. Please help.

I wrote a email to LanSweeper support who discovered that the config service cofig file from "C:\Program Files\Lansweeper\Service\Lansweeperservice.exe.config" had the service account credentials to connect to the database, instead of the database credentials.
I filled the database credentials and LanSweeper started to work correctly.
