I have installed Lansweeper yesterday on my computer to test it out. The only computer that it scans is the one I installed it on which is my computer. I didn't install it on the server as I just wanted to see what good this product would do for my company. Is there away to get all the computers scanned. I have used the GPO editor and added the lsclient.exe to my logon script. In the web console I can see the computers but all but one shows scanned 'my pc' and not scanned the rest of the computers. Does anyone know why this might be?

Most likely the client is firewalled (by the XP build in firewall)

This is the most common error out of all computers.

When you click on one of the not scanned computers you will see an "error" tab
