What you need to be looking for are ptr records.
ip x.x.x.x resolves to hostname.domain.net
ip x.x.x.x resolves to hostname.domain.net

the connectiontester is ok. A example:
Ping test OK

also is ok by ping and by dns name

Yes the service account has administrative permissions

Is the service running under account that has administrative permissions on the clients (typically a domain administrator)
