Windows 10 Pro build 19045.2728 not allowed to be scaned

When trying to run a scan on a newly patched version of Windows 10 Pro build 19045.2728, I get an Access Denied. This is the same thing that happened when Microsoft started hardening DCOM. Has anyone else run into this yet? I'm guessing there is no reg-edit work around yet?

On a side note whatever is changed when you install KB5023696 is what causes the block. I uninstalled that update and now it can be scanned...

This update (KB5023696) implements phase three of Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM) hardening. See KB5004442. After you install this update, you cannot turn off the changes using the registry key.
