We have been using LanSweeper in a trial mode and have been satisfied with what this product.

We are interested in purchasing the Premium version.

I do have a questions though. If I install the demo version, can I upgrade to the premium version, or is it better to do a new install?

You can upgrade by simply entering the license key you receive after purchase.
(instructions are in the documentation)
