Everything works great on the lan but we have a number of outside guys that we'd like to track/update info for on a semi-regular basis. Our lansweeper server has a pubic facing IP and when we ran lsclient from the remote machine the server was able to detect and record the hostname of the remote computers but nothing else of value. The server reported that it was unable to connect to port 135 for the DCOM.
Is there anyway for lsclient or a different tool to submit all the necessary information on it's own/upfront rather than simply flagging itself to be scanned by the server? Thanks

All scanning is done by the service to the client.
Lsclient simply sends a message (please scan me)
So: no, this isn't possible.
