I have a situation:
- after change name of one PC, I have 2 PCs in Lansweeper db (what is absolutely OK)
- computer with old name was changed as non-active via custom fields in webconsole (I also tried it with status "don'ts show")...
- I put old computername to section "do not scan these computers" in Configration Tool.
- but I still have it in reports, i.e. "RPC server unavailable", "screensavers without password", "automatic services which are stopped on clients" and probably on more other reports...
So question - how to get rid of such computers in general statistics, with keeping historical information about computers?
