Hello,

about 30% of our machies still appear in red.
Running triggered scan from console or even manually on the machines doesn't help.
It is same machines as the others, in the same domain, running Windows XP SP3. Some with a clean installation, so it can't be OS/configuration related.

Where can I find a log with the reason scan failes?
Is there another way to run scan that might work?

Could you try disabling this on the client to see if it solves the problem.
This way you can be sure if that's the cause.

No, it is ChekPoint SecureClient.

Is this the cisco vpn secureclient.
Some other people had this problem and it was caused by the buildin cisco firewall.

I am using version 3.5.1.28957.
The errors I see are:

Call was canceled by the message filter. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010002 (RPC_E_CALL_CANCELED)) DALIA-MB (10.199.13.58)

some has netbios name or FQDN istead of IP address.

Laptops do not have firewall installed.
They do have SecureClient installed but it's the same version with the same policy to all laptops and scan does work on 70% of the laptops.

Are you using version 3.5.1?
You should see the reason for this in the webpage,tab errors.
