Lansweeper is not recording installed software in the tblSoftware table software that is installed in "Program Files (x86)" folder on servers running Windows x64 operating systems. What do I need to change to be able to record this software?
an example of software missing would be "C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec AntiVirus\" There is also a"C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\" folder for Live Update. It lists the Live Update in tblSoftware table, but not Symantec AntiVirus.
I am using Lansweeper 3.2. The software shows up under Add/Remove programs in Windows, but is not listed in the software reports for the server. I also listed all software in the dbo.tblSoftware table and the software doesn't show there either.
