not seen in last 30 days

hi i upgraded the lansweeper there yesterday.

ive noticed that the "not seen in last 30 days" report is showing 95% of pcs as not having reported in 30 days... this is nearly all our machines.

any ideas on how to rectify this. the majority of the machines listed should be valid.

Could you post the errorlog.txt file please.

most likely error:
Multiple scanning servers requires the premium edition.

If this is the case: open the configuration utility and delete the non-used server.

hi
the date on the system is correct.

the "lansweeper server" service is stopped, and it gives this error when i try to restart it.

error "1067" the process terminated uniexpetly.
i have tried rebooting it, and restarting the service, but i keep getting that error.

any idea what i should do next?

This report is based on the "lastseen" field in table tblcomputer.
Is the date on your sql server set correctly?
Is the service running?
