Hi

I have some machines with MS Office 2010 standard on the which is recognised as Office 2010 professional. I'm 100% sure I don't have Office 2010 Pro in my organisation.

Anyone else experiencing similar problem ?

Thanks

Rely on the software reports for version information and rely on the other report to get the license keys.

OK, so what does it mean for me as an end user then ?

In the registry (where the license key is located) the software has a different name as the one in the add/remove programs section.

Its the latest LANSWEEPER version downloaded yesterday and as you can see on the pictures - same machine (TP-IT-WEB) is listed with PRO and STANDARD version depending on which report you are looking at.

Its listed as 2010 pro in 'Software licensekey overview' report but its fine in 'Software publisher overview' for example.

Which version of the service are you using?
Can you provide screenshots of both please (mask your office license key)

Do you see this in the software list?
Do the same appears in the add/remove programs section?
