Hi,
I have enbaled active scanning and added the proper Domain name and netbios name, it all worked fine until i decided that i wanted to scan only the computers/users OU.
I used an ldap apps to get the proper names but each time i try to limit the scanning to certain OU, lansweeper stops scanning and i get the errors
"15/11/2010 8:00:19 AM: AD cleanup %computername% The specified domain does not exist or cannot be contacted.
15/11/2010 8:00:23 AM: AD cleanup %computername% The specified domain does not exist or cannot be contacted.
if i remove every OU and restart the service,,,,it all starts ok again.
i thought at first that i had put too many OU's so i went back to limit to these OU's
CN=Computers,DC=rona,DC=ca
OU=Central,OU=Resources,DC=rona
OU=East,OU=Resources,DC=rona,DC=ca
OU=West,OU=Resources,DC=rona,DC=ca
the CN is where our default computer go when added to the domain, other OU's are different branch.
If i remove those, i scan everything and it's just fine.
Someone have any idea?
