i got it i noticed under adsi edit it is defined as
OU=helpdesk,DC=nwtraders,DC=msft, means OU should come first.
I have done now on my lansweeper but i have realized it has already scanned other machines from AD . How can i re-scan or force to show those filtered ones only.
can i delete all and let it re-scan the specified filtered ones?
many thanks in adv.

You can indeed copy/paste the full adsi path.
I suggest:
Stopping the service
Deleting the computers not needed
Starting the service
