I followed the directions to install the Premium Tools and I think everything went OK - but it doesn't appear that LanSweeper has started scanning yet. I did create an entry to scan "all" computers under my domain -

I'm not sure that I did the premium install correct though, as I still get the advertisement to "support the lansweeper project, check out the premium user benefits" from within the GUI client.

I'm OK now - I made a configuration error that I discovered and fixed. I copied over the config file from the services folder of the premium pack instead of editing the one that was already there.

Version 3.5 will no longer rely on the config files (because you weren't the first to make this mistake 😉

Could you please post your lansweeperservice.exe.config file and errorlog.txt file please.
