Hi guys

Im new to this, so please excuse me if i ask a million questions.

We have setup lansweeper and now we want to enable the tools, we have paid for the premium package, but when we try and run the tools, it says port 445.

I know internally this port is open, I have tried to add it to windows firewall and even turned the firewall off.
However i still cant connect.

Is there another port i can try or can you give me some help on this please.

I want to run the active scan, but im just testing screengrab or remote control

Sorry i Think i have found the issue.

I have just opened port 139 on my windows firewall and it allowed it through, Im not sure if both ports need to be open. But now i will need to do group policy on all my users to add this.

Give me the same error.

I just tried those 3 so far.


I can ping the pc's fine but its just the premium tools that i need to add.
It finds the tools fine, just keeps coming up with the following error msg.

Computer name Port 445 is not accessible

I have also tried to add that port in the windows firewall but still no luck.
