Engaged Sweeper

Hi Lansweeper Community,

We’re currently using Lansweeper for vulnerability reporting, and the default report shows assets with severity counts (Critical, High, Medium) as hyperlinks. After clicking, we can view the actual vulnerabilities, but we’d prefer a report that directly lists the vulnerability details without needing to click through.

We’re looking to generate a report that includes the following fields by default:

  • IP Address
  • CVE ID
  • CVSS Score
  • Severity
  • Protocol
  • Port
  • Asset Type
  • Description

We do not want the severity count or hyperlink format—just a flat list of vulnerabilities per asset with the above details.

Is there a way to create or customize such a report using Lansweeper’s reporting tools or SQL? Any guidance or shared templates would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @surajl

You can have this type of information using the new BI Dashboard by creating a table widget that combines data from the Assets and Vulnerabilities datasets.

Please note that protocols and ports are not yet included, but their addition is on our roadmap.

When exporting the table, keep in mind that there is a default row limit of 10,000. You can increase this limit by going to the widget’s Advanced Options in the settings panel.

Let me know if you have any questions or need further support — happy to help!
Thanks!
