As suggested in the PDF document, we have "installed" our premium tools to a shared folder on the Lansweeper server. The first time I ran a tool, like screengrab, I entered the license key so I could see the entire screen (instead of half in the unregistered version). It works fine for me, but when one of my coworkers try to run the same tool, it only takes a picture of half the screen and says it's unregistered?!? How can I make it so it is registered for all users? I figured registering it myself would work since it's simply in a shared folder.

You can create a file "license.txt" with your key in the shared folder, this will make all the tools work for all users.
