I do not understand where the tools should be placed to work, for example the Vnc dose not work from the action menu. but if I use the standalone version it work can anybody explain

If you read the documentation you'd see that you should probably create an administrative share wherein you place the tools ... then use the GUI to adjust the locations to the \\SERVER\SHARE\tool.exe format ... also ensure you're using the tools with IE (sadly they've coded specifically for IE so Firefox doesn't work) and change the security settings for the Local Zone in Internet Options. Hope this helps.
